Our relationship with the pecan nut was born from the idea of transforming our land into an orchard that transcends generations. We knew that hard work and patience are two of the values best learned on a farm. The pecan nut was the perfect choice. Currently, our 15-acre orchard is home to approximately 875 trees.

Our orchard
Our orchard has the Barton, Shawnee, Choctaw and Stuart varieties. All from seedlings grafted with North American hybrid varieties. This marriage represents the best in nuts.
Each variety has a unique flavor, a terroir of the pampas that you can only get from our local nuts.

In addition to being delicious and serving as a base for several dishes, the pecan nut is very nutritious and its benefits go far beyond taste. The fruit protects the heart, purifies the blood, is rich in vitamins E and B6 and has antioxidant properties, a substance that is extremely important in preventing diseases and premature aging of cells.
